Before establishing LCL Premier Parking, the owners of the company gained experience by working, in what are now competing companies. Through those years of work, they gathered experience, knowledge, know how, as well as money to venture on their own. When this venture was finally a reality, our company realized that all valet parking companies have pre-established a set of rules and guidelines, no matter where they provide their services.

As the founders of LCL Premier Parking realized, what we believe is the greatest weakness and mistake in the industry, our company began training and developing our workforce. This force consists of highly trained valet parking professionals at all levels; men and women that have undergone background checks, driver license checks,  and driving history checks, in order to assure that individuals character.

Lorenzo Arca
 

Lorenzo is the owner and founder of LCL PREMIER PARKING.  With over 10 years of experience in the valet parking and garage management industry, he founded LCL PREMIER PARKING in 2004 after realizing the faults of the industry, in an attempt to offer more efficient solutions.

After successfully running the company since 2004, Lorenzo is now leading the company's expansion efforts and formulating executive plans to improve all the operations our company is currently involved with.

In the past year Lorenzo developed the idea of an in-house car wash and detailing company to incorporate into our valet parking services.  It is through these types of innovative ideas and the constant application of our main principle of service accommodation that our company slowly continues to grow and develop every day.

Lorenzo is a firm believer that companies like ours, who focus on customer care and logistical efficiency throughout our different operations and services will be the companies that will grow, succeed, and keep on succeeding in the future.

 
 
     
         
 
Jamie SimieleJames Simiele
 

James has been a part of the LCL PREMIER PARKING team since 2006; he has been the General Manager of Operations since 2009.  His work and dedication with the management of the company, as well as, always finding and hiring top class employees are essential to our success.

James oversees site supervisors and their immediate team members.  He makes sure the logistics of any of our parking lots or operations are always performing professionally and efficiently.  It is thanks to his work and the work of other great team leaders, that our company is comfortable in making promises like guaranteeing the best service in town while offering great pricing structures.

James also heads the efforts into keeping all our customers and employees happy and engaged.  He manages special requests from our customers and employees and submits them to our main office for processing.  After the short process we apply the changes usually in less than 3 work days!

 
 
     
         
 
Luis Bay
 

Luis has been with LCL PREMIER PARKING since its founding in 2004.  Luis is currently a site supervisor in our biggest operation in the city of Miami. 

He has brought great insight to the table since the beginning, when formulating and executing  plans to have traffic flowing better, managing better and quicker service, while maximizing the space we have at our disposal to store vehicles.

Luis has also oversees the shared work of our valet parking staff and our in-house hand car wash company, who offers a high quality care solution for our valet parking service while the vehicles are in our care.

 
 
     
         
 
Alejandro MoralesAlejandro Morales
 

Alex has been a part of our team since 2008; he has quickly developed into one of our top attendants.  Alex personifies the kind of customer care we like to offer our guests and clients.  He is always friendly and helpful with anything our customers may need.

Alex has been training our newest team members how to correctly interact with customers and the proper service to offer.  He always goes beyond the call of duty; he is currently developing a surveying system of vehicles in order to check all the cars that are parked in our lots for low tire pressure, unlocked doors, and even not so clean vehicles in order to offer our car wash services!

 
 
     
         
 
Alvaro  AguadoAlvaro Aguado
 

Alvaro has been a part of the LCL team, as we like to call it, for a couple of years now.  Alvaro and his friendly approach to everyone that crosses paths with our company have quickly become a pivotal part of our team.  He is a Senior Attendant within our team, and bears the responsibility of setting the example for all of our attendants.

Alvaro will soon join our expansion team, and help us venture into new contracts in order to keep providing the highest quality parking services to South Florida.
