Welcome to the LCL PREMIER PARKING employment page. We please ask that you carefully review the following requirements before you apply for a  position with us.  
     
arrow Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.  
arrow You must have held that license for 3 years.  
arrow Pass a criminal background check. (No felonies or misdemeanors)  
arrow Pass an MVR check: If you are in violation of any of the above-please don't fill out the attached application (driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or with an open container in vehicle, operating a vehicle while license is suspended or revoked, reckless driving, driving more than 20 miles over the speed limit, driving on the wrong side of a road or highway, vehicular negligent homicide, manslaughter, or assault, using a motor vehicle in the commission of a felony, grand theft, hit-and-run, attempting to elude a police officer).  
arrow No more than two minor violations in three most current 3 years.  
arrow No more than one at-fault accident in three most current years.  
arrow No more than three non-moving convictions in three most current years.  
arrow No open FTA (failure to appear).  
arrow Must have the ability to drive standard and automatic transmissions. (You will be tested)  
arrow Must provide proof of personal automotive liability insurance.  
     
  LCL PREMIER PARKING, L.L.C., will do a national criminal background check prior to employment. As a condition of employment, we will also require you to submit to a random drug test at least once a year, or if we suspect any illegal drug use in the interim.
